On Friday, June 5th, I was fortunate to be one of two "Bakers in Residence" with Sweet Tooth of the Tiger at the Renegade Craft Fair Pre-Party in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Clockwise from left to right: Coconut Layer Cake, Lemon-Glazed Angel Food Cake, Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake, Banana-Walnut Bread (sliced and individually packaged in wax paper baggies tied with kitchen twine), and Indecision Cookies (Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip).

About Cake Thursday

Presently, it's Cake Thursday on Monday as Sunday's an easier baking day than Wednesday evenings. I try to bake for CThonM every other week, but sometimes things get in the way, so the schedule can be sporadic.
When I do succeed in the timing, I bring a cake into my office to share with co-workers. They are alerted to that day's cake by a designed invitation I email to them the morning it's to be eaten. As it now stands, I've not repeated a single cake since the event's inception.
Posts about CThonM cakes usually just show the invitation and the finished product. If you'd like to know more about a particular cake, please let me know (info@jessicasreed.com).
