Caramel sauce and Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream in between two layers of classic Vanilla Cake, frosted in more Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and drenched with remaining Caramel sauce. Amazing.

Presently, it's Cake Thursday on Monday as Sunday's an easier baking day than Wednesday evenings. I try to bake for CThonM every other week, but sometimes things get in the way, so the schedule can be sporadic.
When I do succeed in the timing, I bring a cake into my office to share with co-workers. They are alerted to that day's cake by a designed invitation I email to them the morning it's to be eaten. As it now stands, I've not repeated a single cake since the event's inception.
